Learning Information
Here's some information about what we will be learning throughout this year in Fox Class. For more information on the curriculum your child will be studying, please contact the class teacher.
autumn
Our topic is Healthy Heroes and Vile Villains we are exploring people who help us both now and in the past. Looking at the impact of Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole as well as learning about Guy Fawkes and the gunpowder plot.
spring
In the spring term our topic is Icebergs and Igloos. We will be looking at the polar regions and comparing their climate, features and animals. We will also be learning about some famous explorers.
summer
In the summer term, our topic will be Planes, Trains, Automobiles and Boats. We will be creating a timeline of transport and how it has changed, looking at different kinds of transport and travel as well as learning about some famous transport inventions and inventors.
